Many of the World’s budget airlines are considering charging passengers extra if they want to sit in the seats that give more leg room.

The seats are the ones at the front of the sections and for the emergency exit seats too.

So is the going to be a penalty for tall people? Should the same penalty not go to fat people that take up too much room?
